Quick and easy Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) chicken wings and honey mustard sauce. They're addictive and so satisfying without the need to use any oil.
Ingredients
- Approximately 20-30 pieces of any combination of chicken wings or drumettes
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup of SCD-legal yogurt
- 2 Tbsp of honey
- 2 Tbsp of mustard
Directions
Yield: Approximately 20-30 piecesPrep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Salt and pepper chicken on both sides. Place chicken on a large baking tray (with a lip). If using chicken wings, place skin side up. Bake for 45 minutes.
- While chicken is baking, prepare the dipping sauce by combining the yogurt, honey, and mustard in a small bowl. Adjust flavors as necessary. Chill until chicken is ready.
- Serve and enjoy!
